Our Story
Eric comes from a culinary family that had an Italian delicatessen for many years. Growing up surrounded by delicious foods led to his passion for cooking.
After meeting Nicole in the late 90’s the two always enjoyed fine restaurants and explored local wineries. Their love grew and in 2004 they were married and shortly thereafter had two daughters, Sofia and Sabrina. Our family time is still centered around the table. While it may not be commonplace today we still eat dinner together as a family nearly every day.
We have always enjoyed entertaining and coming to our home includes wine and a delicious meal. We relish in providing our guests a superior culinary experience. At Waters Edge we intend to deliver that same delectable experience our friends and family have been experiencing for decades. We truly believe every good meal should be accompanied by fantastic wine.
